Dos indígenas fueron hospitalizados durante hoy por el deterioro de su salud, luego de cumplir 73 días de huelga hambre líquida. La protesta comenzó para exigir la anulación del juicio que los condenó a 20 y 25 años de prisión.
Los cuatro mapuches fueron trasladados desde la cárcel de la ciudad de Angol, hasta el hospital de Victoria, para determinar su estado. Dos de ellos quedaron internados.
Héctor Llaitul y Jonathan Huillical, presentaron "palidez cutáneo mucosa y pérdida de fuerza muscular". Llaitul, de 43 años, ha bajado 23 kilos, mientras que en el caso de Huillical, de 23, la disminución alcanzó los 20 kilos, informó el médico.
