El Centro Cultural "Pablo Neruda" y el Consejo Regional para la Cultura y las Artes está organizando un homenaje hoy lunes 19 a las 19:00 horas en las dependencias del Colegio Helvecia. Por Marisol Molina.

A un año de la partida del poeta Milton Albornoz, el Centro Cultural "Pablo Neruda" y el Consejo Regional para la Cultura y las Artes está organizando un homenaje, que se realizará hoy lunes 19 a las 19:00 horas en las dependencias del Colegio Helvecia, lugar donde Milton trabajó y entregó su dedicación y cariño a quienes le rodearon, en especial a los niños y niñas.
Mañana, al ingreso de los alumnos y profesores, el tío Milton, estará presente a través de una exposición de dibujos que lo representan, obra de los pequeños de pre-kinder, de su poesía y del arte plástico de la artista Karin Abarca.
De esta forma queremos manifestar nuestro cariño y recuerdo al amigo-poeta, que liberó sus versos que hoy son patrimonio de los valdivianos y en especial de su querido Collico, donde las escalas más largas (vía ferrea) duermen esperando a los trenes que inspiraron sus poemas y cuadros.
